The third in the series, Gift of Dane: Portal Three is now a comprehensive story and ready for the final drafts.
The Beginning
It all started with a feature-length, psychological script I wrote. My wife and I decided to direct and produce the film ourselves. Beyond Doors didn’t make us millions, it wasn’t the next Blair Witch, but we were gifted with lifelong friends and the beginning of our successful production company: Soulbox Productions.
Meet Dave

He and his wife, Corbin, own a commercial and special event production company: Soulbox Productions. They share their home with two 18-pound cats.
Louis (pronounced Louie) is a large tomcat named after Brad Pitt’s dour character from Interview with the Vampire. He loves belly rubs, laying on our patio, and grooming his parents. Nickname: Panther Cub.
Fred (a.k.a. Pony Boy from the Outsiders) loves to lay under furniture and do whatever his brother is doing. His constant eye drip stains everything in the house. He’s obsessed with rubbing his face against his dad’s stubble. Nickname: Potato Chip.
